Smoothies are not the typical Christmas snack, but they could quickly and easily become one that will be added to your child as a nutritious treat. Nobody knows the difference between a healthy snack and an unhealthy snack for children and adults. 

Spinach gives you a beautiful green, which is a Christmas gift, and finally, chocolate and mint are the perfect accompaniment to a healthy, healthy snack for children and adults. 

Strawberry Santas

Vegetables are always a good option, but why not add a little whole grain to your kids’ Christmas treats? This traditional favorite swaps the usual all-purpose flour for wholemeal flour and is a hit. Children love to decorate cookies, so we like to do that here – and vegetables too.
